Each incident is subject to an excess fee of £25 for a screen replacement or back glass damage, £79 for other accidental damage, or £109 for theft or loss. The back glass damage excess fee is only available for iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 models.
Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support. Both AppleCare+ options extend your coverage and provide up to two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months.
