22 Ιουλ 2021 · Fourteen cats are now in our care after their owner agreed to accept help to care for his animals. Our Humane Law Enforcement responded to do a welfare check at a residence in the 1,100 block of East Grand Ave. in Escondido and picked up 10 cats on Friday, July 16, 2021.
