19 Δεκ 2009 · On April 23, Mexican officials announced that a novel influenza A H1N1 virus (pandemic H1N1) had been identified in two samples—one from the outbreak in Veracruz 3 and another from Oaxaca. By then, 18 confirmed H1N1 cases had been reported. 4
8 Μαΐ 2009 · On April 17, a case of atypical pneumonia in Oaxaca State prompted enhanced surveillance throughout Mexico. On April 23, several cases of severe respiratory illness laboratory confirmed as swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) virus (S-OIV) infection were communicated to the PAHO.
