19 Δεκ 2017 · After setting Chinese characters on your keyboard, you need to launch touch keyboard. To do so, right-click from your taskbar > Show touch keyboard button > click the keyboard icon > select and click the paper and pen icon. Now, use your mouse to have a Chinese handwriting. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have other concerns.

The default Chinese "region" choices are mainland China and Hong Kong for most users of an English-language Windows release.
10 Ιαν 2024 · The screen before I put my PIN in (I don't know if that is the lock screen or called something else) has suddenly started to use Chinese traditional language. I have checked and updated the region in control panel and copied the settings to lock screen and even ticked the new use box, as suggested by other solutions.

12 Μαρ 2022 · My microsoft edge is formatted for china. I have verified settings in Windows 11 and verified in Microsoft edge that all is set for United States language and region. But, opening edge still shows Chinese characters instead of english.

12 Αυγ 2015 · In Window 8.1 environment, I was able to toggle to Chinese language and write my letter in Chinese letter using on-screen Chinese keyboard (Microsoft Bopomofo Input Method Editor). In Window 10 environment, after I toggle to Chinese language, the language menu now provided an option: IME Pad - Hand Writing (CH).
