I bought a brand new Clayton home in 2021. I was excited about getting out of apartment living and having a new home with brand new everything. I felt I had a good salesman to work with. Then came move in. My brand new refrigerator and dishwasher were not working. Of course they were under warranty. Parts had to be replaced.
