The flag of the state of New Hampshire consists of the state seal centered on a blue background. It is currently the only U.S. state flag to feature a depiction of the Stars and Stripes flag (the state flag of Utah also included a depiction of the Stars and Stripes from 1903 to 2024).

John Wheelwright founded New Hampshire in 1638, and the state became the 9th to join the union on June 21, 1788. New Hampshire's state seal depicts the frigate USS Raleigh, and is surrounded by a laurel wreath with nine stars.
