2 Μαρ 2005 · You would probably find it as "Agreed:" rather than "Agree" and I do believe sometimes simply that one word is used followed by the signature(s) on a contract. Some contracts use "Agreed to by" for the purchaser's signature and "Accepted by" for the seller's signature, and there are other possibilities as well for signing off a contract.

22 Μαΐ 2015 · I have never seen anything like that in any contract. In fact, the signature page is an integral part of the contract (without it it's not a contract but a piece of writing). Ideally, signatures should follow the text and it is much preferred that a page break between the "body" of the contract and the signatures should be avoided.
12 Σεπ 2006 · If, however, there are contingencies built into the contract for missed deadlines, such as the person who is late must forfeit payment for that particular task, I can imagine "In accordance with the contract terms I will not be invoicing you for this task because I missed the deadline." I am not a lawyer.

21 Ιουν 2021 · For me, vague expressions like, "I'm good" and "that's okay" belong in casual situations. I would never use them in discussing a contract, even in an email. I would say something like, "I agree with the contents of the contract you sent on June 18." You never know when contract talk may become legal and formal later, when you don't expect it.

I understand that "bis" is recognized by certain legal entities, but I have seen my client's proofreaders scoff at this term and would like to avoid potential problems resulting from leaving it in the Latin. In other words, if we HAVE to translate "bis," would "Para. 2" work?

8 Φεβ 2005 · I need to translate a contract in english. How would you translate "Fait à Paris en 2 exemplaires" ? Like it would be written on a cheque for example. I would say simply "done in Paris in two copies" but maybe "issued" would be better, I'm not sure though. Thanks in advance EZYS

If someone were to physically do something in order to make the contract expire, then they would have 'expired the contract'. This does not happen. The past tense would say, "The contract has 'expired'." "The contract will have expired" gives the past participle.
