All the roms you'll need are going to be listed in the Megathread, on Vimms, or on CDRomance (especially if you want translation patches and romhacks).

No. I wouldn't trust a website without any oversight. I hope none of you do too. At least if it's here, on Reddit, there is some community involvement in that list and any wrongdoing can stop that website from being on a list.

19 Ιαν 2015 · I'ma be "that guy" and say the best and most 'safe' way to get emulators is through their own dedicated site and to get roms make your own with the physical copy.
11 Μαρ 2014 · As an added addendum, I only just started to look into emulation for my PC, and google seems to like coolroms for whatever reason. Malwarebytes and Adware2 take care of the viruses pretty well, but navigating that downloader will prevent mysearchdial from fucking your shit up. You have to decline every other offer given for it.

Mas de uno, pero en japon el segundo de PS2 no es el mismo que el segundo aca (en el de japon podes crear un boxeador y ponerlo en algún lugar de la linea temporal del manga, entrenarli, tener peleas y eso, pero necesitas la guia en gamefaqs sino estas re perdido)
