The Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk, Heidi Kuhn, is pleased to announce that the Criminal Court Clerk’s Office is now accepting online payments for Shelby County Criminal Court Cases. If it does not begin with a C, enter your indictment number and your booking number.
If you have inquiries call 222-3400 for Civil matters or call (901) 222-3500 for Criminal Division matters. Otherwise, “If you have any questions, please contact the General Sessions Court Clerk’s Office at (901) 222-3500.”. The General Sessions Criminal Court handles 100,000 cases per year.

The Criminal Courts Division is staffed by thirty (30) court officers, (1) one lieutenant, (3) three sergeants and (2) two clerical specialists.
