The student conduct process begins when Student Conduct Services receives a written report of an incident. These reports include but are not limited to police reports, investigation reports from the Office of Title IX Programs and Gender Equity, or incident reports from faculty, staff, or students.
Do you need to know your discipline history for an employment or an education application? We will send your Notice of Hearing, including the Incident Report (if applicable) and your Hearing Outcome. Student Conduct Services receives incident reports from law enforcement, CSU residence hall staff, faculty, administrative staff, students, other members of the university community, or from outside the university Reports are forwarded to a hearing officer, who will review the report and may seek additional information or investigate.
