17 Μαρ 2023 · The EORI number is a unique identification number in the customs territory of the European Union that is granted by the competent customs authorities of the Member States to economic operators who, as part of their business activities, are involved in transactions governed by customs legislation.
Registration of exporters: Exporters apply to become registered exporters by filling in an application form and by returning it to their competent authorities. The competent authorities register exporters who submit complete and correct application forms.
Traders established in the customs territory of the Union needs, for customs purposes, an Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number, for instance for lodging a customs declaration.
