Combine cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, salt, eggs and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat at medium speed about 5 minutes. Pour into a pan over graham cracker crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before adding the sour cream topping. Topping: Mix Daisy® Sour Cream, 3 Tbsp. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread on top of cheesecake.
