20 Μαρ 2016 · If you don't know where you put it, then try searching for the name of a Known Picture in that folder. When you find the picture in search, right click the picture - open file location ,The address bar will then tell you where it is. Which will exactly where you left it last time. Windows 11, The Guessing OS.
In Windows 10 I'm not able to find the desktop images. I would like to access the folder that appears to be very well hidden. I want to access some of the photos that are mine.
9 Φεβ 2010 · Some of the shortcuts on my desktop and start menu are missing their images. For example I have the Windows Live icon that is pinned to the taskbar but it is showing the default MS OS image (the one when the OS does not reconize the file the shortcut targets). Six out of 8 icons on my desktop are missing their images. The shortcuts work fine.

So that we can work with the them, select all the files in this folder and copy them to a new folder on your desktop. 4. You'll notice these files don't have an extension to them. We need to add the .jpg extension to these files so that they will open in a photo viewer.

You will see a short description or details of what the photo is. for example, it will tell you what type of animal it is or where a landscape was photographed. Right click at an open space of desktop > Persona;ize > at the bottom, click Desktop Background > at the bottom, under Picture position, click the pointer and select FILL > click Save Changes when done. 24 Ιαν 2024 · I want to save Windows 11 Spotlight pictures that show up in Background and Lock Screen. When I go to the Windows file: Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets, the folder is empty. Where are the Lock Screen/Background images stored if they are not in this folder? My understanding is they are supposed to be there.
