2 Αυγ 2022 · I had a very bad experience with Direct energy, i would never recoment it to no one. Please be careful the rate seems very good in paper but in reality tgey send you a higher rate. BIG SCAM, they should be reported. I have been using them for a little over a year now and they have been very good.

2 Φεβ 2023 · Enmax is currently 12.99c/kwh for electricity and 5.99/gj for gas. Direct energy is 16.49c/kwh and $6.59/gj for gas. The cash back from Direct Energy is $50/year, which probably does not make the higher rate worthwhile. Same shit, different pile. Enmax always.

They will say they ARE your utility provider, and ask you if you got their notification or some B.S. to get you to show them your utility bill. They are LYING. What they really want to do is switch you to their service at a different rate.

The companies hire folks off of the street, some of whom are pretty ruthless in their sales tactics. Last fall, I had one approach my house, ring the doorbell and then began pounding on the door.
