We couldn't find a way to log-in using our Discovery Plus app credentials and we couldn't play the show without starting a 7-day free trial which we don't need.

14 Μαΐ 2024 · it's now working via the discovery + website on app. Also just tested on my sky stream and programmes are also now loading. if you are still having issues viewing content on Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream via discovery + I'd suggest rebooting your device by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then trying discovery + again.
23 Νοε 2023 · Have you tried logging in to discovery plus on another non-Sky device and check to see if the show plays. if it does you need to reboot your Sky device. 1. out it into standby mode. 2. turn it off at the plug. 3. wait at least 30 seconds. 4. turn it back on at the plug
