13 Αυγ 2011 · In the Print menu you will see a PDF button in the lower left hand corner, click on this button and choose Save as PDF. In the Save window that appears, type the file a name and add any additional information you wish such as Author, Subject or Keywords ; If this file will be used on a Windows machine remove the check mark from Hide Extension.
1 Νοε 2021 · Windows has always had poor PDF support and that does not seem to have improved in Windows 11. I have tried both the built-in "Windows Fax and Scan" app and the "Windows Scan" app from the Windows Store. Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022.

The default is to include markup in printed/PDF output. Use File> Print then click the PDF button at the bottom of the Print dialog. If the markup isn't shown in the Quick Preview open the Copies & Pages list & select Microsoft Word. Then open the Print What list & select Document showing markup. *****
25 Ιαν 2018 · When saving as a PDF, the formatting is effectively destroyed - paragraphs convert to headings, sections of text rearranged all over the place, and other similar issues. Note that this also inexplicably happens in the original document as well as the saved PDF requiring a ctrl-Z to restore formatting.
27 Αυγ 2020 · How to stop formatting changes after Word doc converted or printed to PDF I have created templates that assemble into documents fine. When these documents are converted or printed to pdf by the user, the formatting shifts - page breaks disappear and some of the spacing provided by hard returns for the signature page are gone.
14 Αυγ 2021 · 1. It happens on other Word documents. For example, a docx file I saved as an ADF/A pdf on June 29th now gives me the sorry message (see attached screen shot). I believe this is the last time I saved a doc as a pdf with the ADF/A checked. 2. My system setup is the same. The only changes in the last month are from Windows Updates (see attached).
