To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.

But there is no download option below any of the movie. But if i try to download on my mobile everything is fine. My subscription allow to download on 2 devices including laptop.

Yesterday, I made of a post of how I couldn't download anything from the Windows store. Eventually, I tried to download something other than Netflix, it worked. Once I tried Netflix again, it wouldn't work. I have no idea what is going on with my Windows 10.. What do I need to do to be able to download Netflix again.

For Family Safety Monitored kids, if the Game Restrictions are turned on, depending on the Setting you have ( below 10, teen, mature etc) , your child will only be able to download apps that meet the rating. Here is what I suggest if you would like your child to play Netflix
