No. I wouldn't trust a website without any oversight. I hope none of you do too. At least if it's here, on Reddit, there is some community involvement in that list and any wrongdoing can stop that website from being on a list.

23 Σεπ 2023 · i'll be honest i don't really know what makes something decrypted or unencrypted, but what you need to know is that unencrypted roms are what work with Citra. you can unencrypt an encrypted rom, but i find it's easier to simply find an unencrypted one in the first place.
There is no real "criteria" here. I didn't go with X roms per system, or the top 100 according to some list. I just tried to get a nice mix of classics and hidden gems based on years of playing retro games, critical scores, and reviewing a bunch of top games and hidden gems lists.

Put a .nds file on your 3DS under /roms/nds/ Launch TwilightMenu++. It should boot up a menu which looks like a DSi. Navigate to your game and click it to boot it up.

I am playing Donkey Kong Jungle Climber on my DS now and there are parts where you have to see both screens at at same time. I would imagine the list of DS games that are a joy to play on the miyoo mini is fairly small.
