21 Νοε 2015 · Steps. Close down your game. This should bring you to the folder "Roaming" ( Users > "name" > AppData > Roaming ). Click "The Creativ Assembly" > Empire > scripts. Done. Settings for High Graphics and Very High should now be unlocked in your game. This also works for Napoleon: Total War.
Hi to everyone, i just bought a new computer, a pc gamer. Previously i was on windows 8.1. Now I am on windows 11. I installed steam, and then i downloaded Empite Total War. After that, each time I clicked on "launch", the game never launched itself. I tried through the orifinal folder, it said first "missing d3dx9_40" ; when i downloaded the .dll (x64) from google and put it in "syswow64 ...
Hey guys, I've been faffing around endlessly trying to get this game to work. I can launch it, bring up the main loading screen before it CTD's a few seconds later. It may or may not be related to trying to start Darthmod before playing Vanilla after a fresh install, but by this point, I've -completely- reinstalled the game at least four times now. I've deleted the Empire folder in the appdata ...
8 Δεκ 2019 · Battle difficulty this means higher melee attack, melee defence, morale, accuracy and reload skill, which is why they more oftn choose for melee onhigher difficulties than line battles. Campaign difficulty on very hard atleast; ai can recruit twice as many troops per region.

Playing as Spain on year 1729, but the game freezes when its Russia's turn (only the mouse "clock" keeps turning around). Windows says that Empire is not responding and even waiting for long 20 minutes the game does nothing, forcing me to close it. Using no mods, running as administrator, trying lowest graphics setup, not showing AI movements and tried going many turns back (save file), no ...
Sometimes I can actually recover my game by re-installing from CD-ROM, but most times I can't. Whenever the game crashes during play, I usually find some sort of STEAM update window behind the game window. Saving every ten turns doesn't work either. Multiple saves like auto save & England 1750 does not work.
