9 Αυγ 2024 · EPF Form 11 is a self-declaration form that needs to be filled by the employee at the time of joining an organization which is covered under the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) scheme as per the EPF Act, 1952. All details of the employee’s previous EPF account have to be mentioned in the form.
Form 11 PF is a self-declaration form that contains the EPF history of the employee and is mandatory for an employee to fill out upon joining an organization. It can also be used to transfer the PF account automatically.

To streamline the process of PF transfer in the Unified portal 2.0 for both member & employer as both were facing issues; with regards to the same, EPFO has introduced a new Form No.11 which is renamed as Composite Declaration Form 11(F-11) which is linked to the new transfer Process.
