Just like the wyvern 11, Golem 11 has a couple of unique mechanics that you have to factor in when building a team to take it down. The full mechanics for all the hunts are in this post here.
The 15 rune gives his s1 an effective 150% increase .That gives him an average multi during his four turn cycle of 2.7. Milim s3 is 1.7 and her s1 is only 1.1 for an average 4 turn cycle multi of only 1.25. Her extra attack is only once per 3-4 turns at 1.3 multi so it brings her up to an average of roughly 1.5.
Farming in Epic 7 is a majority of the game. The goal is to get gold, exp, and catalysts for unit advancement. You will spend a lot of time in the unit advancement phase. That is, you need to get materials (fodder) to raise the rank of your units to 6*'s and materials (catalysts and runes) to unlock all 6 awakenings.
