22 Ιουλ 2022 · But because Etsy does not replace it with a notice stating "this seller does not do custom orders" I still get contacted through the message seller button for custom orders, and then people seem upset that I don't do custom orders. I've had an influx of custom order requests this week and it's beginning to be annoying.
3 Ιαν 2023 · @ShawnsHATS You cannot sell brand new Von Dutch hats on etsy and say they are handmade. Etsy is only for handmade (or designed by) you, vintage (20+ years old) or supplies. I suspect what is happening is that people are scamming you, knowing that they will get refunds. They are targeting a new shop that is breaking the rules.

16 Φεβ 2013 · I have read so much about item titles that I'm even more confused. I've changed my titles several times but I'm still not happy. If your site has excellent titles or you are aware of a site that does, please share. I really need proven examples. Thanks a million. Tracy
@Judy: ebay is a publicly traded company, and, in my mind, they are all about the money. Charging a percentage of the shipping fees is a rather recent (within the last 2 years) development, and an attempt to stop sellers from gouging customers on shipping while keeping their items priced competitively.

22 Σεπ 2020 · I just found about "off site" ads yesterday. My shop sells vintage housewares and I can only raise my prices so much or loose my sales to Ebay. Etsy wants us to utilize free shipping more so I am competing with that and its not cheap to wrap glass items well enough to prevent breakage. Its getting harder to break even.

However, I can't find a way to upload a pattern only listing in the app. Do I really have to bluetooth all the pics to my computer, then go to etsy and create a listing (which does NOT work well on the computer anyway) in order to publish non-etsyable items only to ...
30 Δεκ 2020 · 1) Integration with Fed Ex and Etsy so labels can be printed easily and tracking numbers attached to the order. 2) Platform cost. I was recently assessed a ridiculous overcharge by etsy and fed ex on my account for 38 December orders that amounts to 2-3 times what fed ex rates should have been charged per order.
