27 Οκτ 2006 · Yes, pulldowns with elbows out definitely hit them. Also, to really focus on T.M. I like to use the pulldown attachment that looks like this: (l---o---l) with handles at each end---and sit directly underneath it and bring the bar down almost on top of your head with elbows flared.

11 Αυγ 2011 · Nautilus is very solid equipment. In my opinion it has a very good range of motion and is very comfortable. Also the resistance is very smooth. The pec fly/ rear delt, tricep pushdown, vert chest, leg curl and leg extensions are some nautilus machines that have given me great gains!
7 Ιαν 2010 · Hell B.B.com members, I have some questions on using the exercise equipment, Rotary Torso, by Nautilus. Question 1: What is the purpose of seat position ? I know the option to change the angle of degree is needed to adjust which oblique muscle I am working on, but does a different degree increase the the difficulty?

4 Ιουν 2011 · An isolation exercise used to assist a muscle that pushes. If he said forearm I'd say pull, if he say calf, I'd say push, if he said traps I'd say pull. The middle "lateral head" fibers of the deltoid don't just assist with pushing (I assume you're talking about overhead pressing), they also assist with pulling (example: upright rows, face pulls).
