24 Ιαν 2024 · I ran a speed test last night after having issues playing online games and found that while my download speed is normal, my upload speed is 0.1 Mbps. I believe this has been the case since at least Monday evening as I was experiencing issues then too but didn't think to run the speed test at the time. I'm in CF24 if that helps.
4 Δεκ 2023 · The second Cat 7 goes into a power line adapter, which I unplugged when I ran the test. The third one goes to a TP Gigabit network switch which has two Cat 7 cables going into my PC and laptop respectively. The switch is also brand new. When I ran speed tests my laptop showed 500mb and my PC 350mb.

7 Δεκ 2023 · HUB 4 = Wi-Fi 5 = 887Mbps connection speed (MIMO 2x2 at 80MHz channel width) = 300 - 600Mbps + real world speed to one device. HUB 5 = Wi-Fi 6 = 2400Mbps connection speed (MIMO 2x2 at 160MHz channel width) = 500 - 1100Mbps + real world speed to one device. The above is best case scenario where your device supports those standards.
12 Δεκ 2023 · Regards to speed test if its an old device it might only have a 100mbps adapter in which case 100mbps would be max on the particular device, I take it you are wired when testing? As this would achieve best results. Try fast.com or speedtest.net for more accurate test and unplug other devices.
19 Νοε 2023 · "but wifi I get around 500" Which is fast, enough to download 5400 Gigabytes per day. Note the 3.0 & 3.1 Downstream power levels are close to or above the 10 dBmV maximum for normal service. When the Hub 5 was installed was an attenuator omitted from the coax cable ?

17 Απρ 2024 · Hi @Palm771 . No, VM don't have a stabilisation period for the speed to settle down. Even using the same speed test site when measuring the connection you will find the results vary.
