ich kann hier deine Verärgerung nachvollziehen, aber in FIFA Mobile wird nach jeder Saison der Spielstand zurückgesetzt. Dies haben wir bereits im Dezember über Im-Spiel Benachrichtigungen an die Spieler auch erneut kommuniziert, wie wir es vor jeder Saison machen. Tut mir leid, aber wir werden hier keine weiteren Maßnahmen ergreifen können.

When I logged on 2 days ago everything was gone. I tried everything reloading the app didn't work so out of frustration I deleted fifa mobile. is my account really gone and should I stop and wait for fc 24
@Xslayder1034 . Did you recently reinstall the game or play it on another device? If it's locked you might be playing under a different Apple/Google account with your same Facebook account logged in (You can only have one Facebook account linked) or you set your FIFA Mobile account underage.

Hi, I see that a lot of users have the option to buy packs with either coins or FIFA Points but myself and some others get a message in the web app saying that we can only purchase packs with coins and there is no option for Fifa points at all. This is unfair as those that have Fifa points are able to spend them and get a head start.
Hi @AussieGonnerHQ. If you've tried all the troubleshooting above at this point and the issue is still happening I'd recommend speaking with one of our game advisers to see if there's anything further they can do to help with this.
