‘Florida King’ Peach is an excellent choice for home gardeners in the south. This vigorous fruit tree is widely planted across the gulf coast and produces abundant crops of high-quality peaches. The clingstone fruit is large and firm with a smooth texture.
The Florida King Peach Tree produces large yellow peaches with a red blush. This fruit has a firm yellow cling-stone flesh. It is a high quality peach tree, vigorous grower and is well adapted to the Deep South. Ripens late May to early June. Trees are 3-4′ with a 1/4″ caliper.
Features. Developed by researchers at the University of Florida specifically for regions with mild winters. The low chilling requirement results in an early-season crop of sweet, golden -fleshed clingstone peaches. Fruits are excellent for eating fresh, freezing or canning. Self-pollinating. Uses.

Flordaking is a vigorous grower that produces large, 2 to 2 1/2 inch, firm peaches in the early May. The Flordaking peaches are clingstone, meaning that the flesh tends to cling to the pit. These trees grow to a mature height of 15 to 25 feet.
