21 Φεβ 2022 · Font Awesome continues to get shadier, it started as a crowd-funded CDN project and has morphed into an opt-out email marketing ploy which actually hurts web performance, because clients can't store the same CDN asset in their browser cache.
Based on the 5.10.1 version. My solution (locally): If you're using "fontawesome.css" or "fontawesome.min.css", try using "all.css" instead (located in the css folder). The "css" folder and the "webfonts" folder from the fontawesome package that you downloaded must be in the same level as each other.

Is this link constant? If I will use font awesome icons next time from this release (v5.5.0) I should use this link? Or there will be another link? –

I don't think Google's CDN serves FontAwesome at this time, but that's the direction you need to be looking; there may well be a CDN that does provide FontAwesome. I don't know of one off the top of my head, but a quick search might give you some leads.

Download the font awesome free zip from the official site. there is a folder called 'css', copy that folder into your project folder, (important) and also copy the folder named 'webfonts'. then link the desired css file to html file (all.css or fontawesome.css or fontawesome.min.css) using the command. then try your code, it will work.
For the new Font Awesome 5+ the angular project hasn't been released yet, so if you want to make use of the examples mentioned on the font awesome website atm you need to use a work around. (especially the fas, far classes instead of the fa class) I've just imported the cdn to Font Awesome 5 in my styles.css.
You have to get the CDN link from the Font Awesome site. This is what it looks like: ... Some Font Awesome ...
24 Αυγ 2014 · First, download the FontAwesome v5.3.1 and extract the folder. Copy the all.min.css file from the CSS folder and add it in your stylesheets. Now, Copy the webfonts folder from FontAwesome extract and place it into your project one directory above to your all.min.css file. (Refer the image below)
