Joanna Cargill, also known as Frenzy, is a fictional character, a mutant superhuman appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She has been a member of supervillain groups, including the Alliance of Evil and the Acolytes, as well as the superhero team, the X-Men.
Joanna Cargill started off as a mercenary known as "Frenzy." During a mission, Frenzy came head-to-head with the mutant Gambit, and she developed a love-hate relationship with him. She soon joined forces with three other individuals and formed the Alliance of Evil under Apocalypse's leadership.
Joanna Cargill first appeared under the alias of Frenzy, working with the Alliance of Evil. Over time, she joined the Acolytes, now using the alias Cargill and extremely devoted to the cause of Magneto. She was with the Acolytes during the fall of Avalon, and later escaped prison with them.
