Mission: Operation of a no-kill Adoption Center which will rescue the most adoptable dogs from euthanasia at the Public Shelters. To screen and evaluate those animals in order to match them with the best homes.

HALT is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) No-Kill Animal Rescue Sanctuary Organization in Kingman, Arizona. We receive no government funding and exist with volunteers, donor & sponsor assists. We are in good standing with our county Health Department and are licensed to hold up to 70 animals.

20 Οκτ 2022 · We were pleased we added the Tractor Supply store in Kingman AZ and a few new places as a new source to have adoption events. We had raised $1600.00 in September at a local event in town that included other vendors all working towards the common goal of helping the HALT animals.
