4 Αυγ 2017 · The type of energy bars I like to make is an excuse to eat marshmallows and peanut butter! This recipe is similar to many energy bars, but as you can see by the picture above I’ve modified it by sprinkling the finished bars with nori komi furikake.

28 Νοε 2018 · Easy Energy Bar Recipe. Ingredients: (1) cup Creamy Peanut Butter. (2) bags of mini marshmallows. (1) stick of unsalted butter. (10) cups of Rice Krispies cereal. (1) cup of diced dried apricots (Mediterranean works best) (2) cups of cranberries. (1) cup dry peanuts.
directions. Combine: walnuts; raisins; dried mango; dried papaya; whole-wheat flour. Mix well. Combine: oil; vanilla or 1 tsp. coconut extract; salt; whole eggs; egg white; pineapple, mix well. Add liquid to dry, mix well. Spoon into sprayed 9x5 loaf pan; bake 350, approx. 1 hr or till center comes out clean w/ knife. Cool on rack.
16 Νοε 2015 · Instructions. Bake sweet potatoes whole, skin on at 350oF for 45 min. Chill in a refrigerator overnight. Process macadamia nuts and shredded coconut in a food processor till fine. Mix together, then add chopped cranberries, chopped dates, minced ginger and salt, mix well. Mix into cooked potatoes (peeled, cut or torn into small chunks).
