If you still have the same problem, try to unplug and wait for few seconds, then re-plug the HDMI cable. If the problem is still unsolved you may want to try to plug the HDMI cable to another port on your screen. You may want to try a different HDMI cable, if the problem was still unsolved.
15 Σεπ 2019 · The port can wear out over time. Depends on quality of the HDMI cable for example if one was very hard to plug in it can damage the port quickly. Also take note that unplugging and plugging it while it is switched on a lot in short succession will kill the HDMI chip over time in my cases it took a few minutes. I have confirmed this when testing.
14 Ιουν 2024 · Check the PS5 HDMI cord for damage. If you can't see any visible damage, try a new HDMI cord and plug it into the PS5 and TV. Plug the HDMI cord into a different port on your TV if there's more than one. If another device shows up on the TV using a different HMDI port, connect the PS5 HDMI cord to that port.

24 Φεβ 2018 · Sounds like an HDMI port problem. This is very common with Ps4's, especially the older ones. Sometimes you can shine a flashlight into the port and see the bent pins. If the port looks good it can also be the encoder chip on the motherboard. - PlayStation 4
10 Μαΐ 2022 · I also bought a 1M white HDMI cable to have as an extra input cable for everything else and a 0.5 Metre 2.1mm DC Barrel Extension Cable, to allow me to connect and disconnect the PSU from outside the case.
27 Ιουν 2017 · Josh, you can test this with any HDMI cable you have around the house. It doesn't have to be a very short cable just to test things out. They are standard connectors inside the receiver. If this fixes your problem you can order a short little 6-12" HDMI cable from anyplace online and just swap that in.
