I need my SMTP configuration of my Hotmail/Outlook Account to be able to send scanned documents in an e mail directly from my HP printer. I found the SMTP server name is smtp.live.com and the SMTP port is 587 or 25 or 465 (tried all three and none worked), but when they ask me about Username -ID and Password and i type in my personal E-Mail address and password it won't work.

19 Ιαν 2022 · Windows 11 detects the printer and appears to go through the installation process but then reports that the Driver is unavailable. The printer works fine on my other Windows 10 PC's and laptops but not my Windows 11 laptop. I have tried to install the printer manually but get the same message. Please respond with a solution.

11 Μαρ 2021 · are you connecting the printer over WiFi? if so it will need the wireless security key. this is the same key you use when connecting to the wireless network. it can be found either in the router admin pages or (if still set as the default) on a sticker on the router.

My printer is an HP Envy 7640 all in one and is connected via the internet to my old laptop. I just connected it to my new computer, so I know it works, but am needing an easy way to access my printer.
