Suddenly yesterday after a system reboot I was prompted for my login details. I entered my iCloud id and password. Prompt duly appeared on my iPhone, I click 'Allow' and enter the security code on my PC.

So I followed the steps: Open the iCloud App (on Windows) to get approval Click the Approve Button on iCloud App (on Windows) Wait for your iPhone to receive the code and enter the code to PC (using iCloud App) Then nothing happened.
7 Ιαν 2024 · I recently updated Windows 10 to Windows 11 22h2 and now I have a problem with Icloud. If I navigate through the folders with File Explorer using the left column everything works fine. If I navigate between folders with the main window I have to wait 8/10 seconds to open one. The same time it takes to open a simple text file of a few kilobytes.
8 Μαρ 2023 · Hey, I am using Windows 11 22H2 build 22621. I am using a Dell Vostro 5402. The iCloud drive is reaching 100% CPU usage, averaging 80% CPU usage. Someone needs to calm down this iCloud drive Process, it's not the only program that runs on my pc. In addition, the sync is so slow for the CPU usage it takes, it must be instantaneous syncing.

8 Ιουν 2020 · temporarily turn off or pause iCloud on PC. Is there a way to stop or pause iCloud on a PC that doesn't involve deleting every iCloud file? I've read several recommendations that instruct to the user Logout of iCloud. However, doing so is met with a warning that all the iCloud files will be deleted from the PC.
