A Unique Train Ride Experience! The beautifully restored Spirit of Jasper Passenger Train offers more than remarkable excursions. It also creates valuable memories and represents one of the best entertainment values you’ll ever experience. The area’s finest food, beer, wine, scenery, and service crew will make you so glad you came aboard.
If a dinner train is more your style, relax with a full meal aboard the “Ride & Dine” dinner train, which winds through the beautiful countryside of southern Indiana. Additional special rides are available on select dates and times throughout the year.
Enjoy an evening out on the “Jasper to French Lick Express”, featuring a ride to the French Lick Casino and historic West Baden, or relax with a full meal aboard the “Ride & Dine” dinner train. Excursions and additional special rides depart at designated days and times throughout the year.
1 Μαρ 2024 · Ride & Dine - It’s 2 ½ hours of gorgeous views as the train leaves from Jasper, heads to Huntingburg, and then stops in the middle of a quiet field while passengers enjoy a tasty meal. After dinner, it’s back to the station.
About the Train. The vintage locomotives and passenger cars that comprise the Spirit of Jasper Train have been lovingly and painstakingly restored or refurbished by a staff of volunteer labor, City of Jasper employees, and generous local corporations and businesses that see the work as more a labor of love than a job.
Artfully restored, the Spirit of Jasper Passenger Train surrounds you in luxurious comfort as you relive the romance of the rails.
