The Job Satisfaction Scale (Lin & Chang, 2015) measures job satisfaction among nurses. The scales developed by Bateman and Organ (1983), Chang et al. (2011), and Hoffman and Ingram (1992) were used as references for developing the variables and questionnaire items.
