31 Ιαν 2022 · This systematic review of quantitative studies clearly showed that nurse leaders' leadership styles significantly influence nurses' work-related well-being. In total, 14 of the reviewed studies focused on 12 leadership styles with positive impacts on nurses.
From 11,813 initial titles, 12 studies were selected. Of these, 88% showed a significant correlation between leadership style and nurses’ job satisfaction. Transformational style had the highest number of positive correlations followed by authentic, resonant and servant styles.
