11 Δεκ 2019 · The finance office can cancel your leave once it has been approved. It is not possible to do it yourself through leaveweb once it has been approved. Whoever approved your leave (supervisor or otherwise) has to email finance to get it cancelled. Only FM has the ability/authority to do so.
17 Οκτ 2016 · They know emergencies happen, flights get delayed, rerouted, natural disasters, whatever. LeaveWeb is a system for tracking leave, it's not an official authority on your leave or leave status. As long as you let your supervisor/chain know what's going on you won't get in trouble.
27 Σεπ 2021 · LeaveWeb has been wrong regarding Use/Lose since Sept 2020. It doesn't know your carryover balance, only the normal limit of 60. If you were over 60 by Sept 2021, look at the notes in you LES. You should find "PROTECTED SPECIAL LEAVE ACCRUAL BALANCE" (used to be "Combat Carryover Lv"). That amount is how many over 60 you can carry into 2022.
27 Ιαν 2016 · LeaveWeb will charge you a full day regardless of what time you put for your leave to start. The exception is if you put in for your leave to start half a day BEFORE the rest of your leave, which gets you a "free" half day off, but this is for travel or preparation for travel and has to be used in conjunction with other leave, not by itself.

16 Οκτ 2020 · If it is one of the aforementioned errors, it is likely that it only charged the wrong dates if you updated/changed the days of leave. The CSS will not be able to fix it. Finance will be able to, despite it not being a finance program. They’ll verify it charged the right days or make the correction as appropriate.
