In 1996, they collaborated with family farmers to raise wean pigs, further expanding the business. Today, The Maschhoffs operates with more than 130,000 sows across five states. At The Maschhoffs, we are committed to feeding families and building communities for a better future.

Ken Maschhoff is a fifth-generation pork producer with the Maschhoff family business near Carlyle, Ill. He is chairman of Maschhoff Family Foods and co-owner and chairman of The Maschhoffs Inc., the third-largest pork producer in the country, producing about 3.5 million market hogs and 500,000 feeder pigs a year.
