The Merseyside Maritime Museum forms part of Liverpool's historic waterfront, housed in a former bonded warehouse on the north side of the Albert Dock. It once stored tobacco, wines and spirits. The building was designed by dock engineer, Jesse Hartley, built between 1843-7.
