Upon logging in we get the following message "More info required, your organization needs more information to keep your account secure" See attached. If I click next we are then required to set up the authentication app.

When I try to login to my office 365 account on other devices, after entering my email and password I am prompted to enter either the Microsoft Authenticator code or verify through the Authenticator app.
24 Δεκ 2020 · 1. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Click Windows Credentials > Under Generic Credentials, remove ALL credentials related with Office. 2. Or try the steps below to reactivate your Office to check if the same problem will occur: 1)Close all Office applications and sign out all the accounts.
