25 Σεπ 2023 · When you open Outlook, cancel the sign in dialog or clci kthe X in the upper right. (You may need to do this a few times before Outlook opens.) then go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings and remove the work account. Start typing regedit on the start menu and when the Registry Editor comes up, open it.
20 Φεβ 2024 · This occurs in Windows 10 and Windows 11. These are on new computers, computers where previous Office versions were uninstalled and installed the new Office version. I discovered that OUTLOOK.EXE is found in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE". I can run Outlook from double-clicking on OUTLOOK.EXE.
18 Αυγ 2020 · My Outlook Inbox folder has changed its view to look like how it is below, I'm unsure of how this happened but I have tried everything to get it to be the default view that I'm used to just like the 2nd image here, which shows the 'Sent' folder. I have tried reinstalling, and repairing Office 365 but it always loads in this view.
5 Δεκ 2022 · I can temporarily fix this issue by restarting my computer and then Outlook will work for 1-2 days before the "Trying to connect" issue comes back. I've been able to remove all of the Office related App Data folders and uninstall/reinstall Office and it has fixed the problem but then 1-2 months later the exact problem returns again.
