Download printer drivers in Windows. If your printer isn't responding, you may need to remove it and reinstall it so Windows can download and install the proper drivers. Make sure your printer is on and connected to your PC. Open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners .
It is because I got as far as selecting Microsoft as the Manufacturer, but there was nothing in the Printer list related to printing PDF's. I will need to see if there is anyway that I can find a Microsoft PDF driver.
