Three weeks ago using the equation editor inside of Word, it would display my equations on the page. Now, it shows [equation] unless I go to the view tab and select reading view. I have returned to previously done work and it shows the [equation] now.
30 Αυγ 2023 · Word online when tried to print, converts it to pdf and then can print. Our all of the users have this problem with word online. When users try to print the word document from word online, it does not print directly. It first convert to PDF and then only can print. Is there a way to stop this and be able to print without it being converted to PDF.

9 Οκτ 2019 · You cannot insert a caption into a document when using Word Online, You will need to open it in Desktop App and add the caption in that app and the save the document and resume editing in Word Online.

For test purpose, you could create a copy of the files without formatting, so try following process: 1. In desktop Word app, open affected file > copy all content with Ctrl+C, then create a new file and Paste with the option "Keep the Text Only", then check out the file behavior. 25 Ιουλ 2018 · Replies (3) . If you just wanted to change the language of the document, you'd use Review | Spelling & Grammar | Set Proofing Language, but it doesn't appear that changing the proofing language changes the UI, so it's hard to see why you have the Spanish UI.
24 Μαρ 2022 · It should be turned on. I suspect that Word online is "compressing" the images to less than 330 ppi, probably 96ppi (or less), to "optimize" them for online speed. What you need to do is change the Options to turn on "do not compress images" on your desktop version. Upload it again and see if the problem is fixed.
