The Ninth District is comprised of four states; Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Since its humble beginnings at the Dallas, TX YMCA in 1922 after the Eleventh Annual Grand Conclave meeting in Philadelphia, PA provided the Grand Basileus with District Representiives to "expand Omega."
