It has got a lot stronger over the last few days, so much so that I left a bag on the floor, took it to work and can still smell the same smell so it has obviously penetrated the bag also :(

I have pebble dash in good condition on the exterior walls, but bellow that there is 2 courses of brickwork above ground level that is crumbling away.
13 Σεπ 2013 · So in 2011, I got electrical work done in the kitchen, new sockets, new lights as well as a new fuse box and smoke/heat alarms put into the circuit. To be fair they may have sent the certificate to me but, I had issues when I moved in with the Royal Mail and them striking the house off of their deliver to address as the same time.

20 Ιουν 2014 · Do I need felt/membrane in my roof? Anonymous user 20 June 2014 - 12.26 AM. Just bought a 30s semi that was built without felt under the roof tiles. Wasn't hugely surprised as it seems quite common with houses of a certain age. What did surprise me was the cost of sorting it!
1 Σεπ 2011 · Plenty of which, installed up to 25 years ago would still pass current requirements. Please get an electrican to advise you. Post a job on this site ! Does the .old fuse box' contain a RCD ? This is imperative, in my oppinion for mondern day living, also a requirement, in most circumstances to comply with the latest IEE wiring Regs.
