If you need more time to pay your utility bill, submit a request online or contact the Utility Billing Centre during regular business hours. Ensure your bill is based on a meter reading or provide a meter reading at the time of your request.

Select the correct meter reading type and enter your meter number. Select 'Quarterly' if you have received a meter reading request by email or mail. Use 'Re-bill' if your bill was estimated. Your meter number can be found stamped on the body and/or lid of your meter or on your utility bill under the 'Water Use' section.
The Utility Billing Centre can answer any of your billing questions in English or French. We are open 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday (except holiday long weekends) to respond to your questions by email, phone and mail.
