Speaking from my own experience, I have at least 3 years common law education and thus can take it even without the llm. So I would suggest you check the website or just email them about the situation.

I know that foreign graduates that graduated from a program more or less equivalent to an American JD program, generally, do not need any supplemental classes (and thereby not being required to do an LL.M. program) but it is on a case by case basis.
