They then cancelled the tour but have so far refused to return the money. Talked with them today and they said possibly can use towards new booking.

31 Μαρ 2024 · I wish I had read the plentiful negative reviews about OAT (Grand Circle Travel) before I booked a tour with them. 40% of the Yelp reviews are a 1 or 2 star rating. The complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau add up to a 1.33 rating out of 5. Buyer beware.

18 Σεπ 2023 · Both OAT and Gate 1 has some negative (still a minority) reviews, but I notices that some were complaining about tour cancellations. That is a bit complicated of a subject, since COVID. Still, I would suggest considering OAT and Gate 1 prior to making a decision.
2 ημέρες πριν · Three of our family booked in 2019 for an OAT trip in Fall of 2020 to the "Crossroads of the Adriatic", and we paid in advance in full. At the time, the firm's Terms & Conditions plainly stated that we could cancel with only a $300 fee for a full refund.
