23 Απρ 2021 · My laptop is a Dell XPS 17 (model 9710), Intel i7-11800H. I had the same issue from process "PC-Doctor Dell SupportAssistant API", where it caused 100% RAM consumed (was at 50%) and almost 100% CPU usage, and like the others also experienced my fan was running loud.

30 Ιαν 2013 · The same message about PC Doctor appeared today about 2:00 PM PST. It's been OK until today. The only significant operation performed in that time frame was to install 32 Windows Updates.
10 Φεβ 2019 · This high-usage goes on for 10-15 minutes every time I boot up. In looking at the Task Manager details, I see that PC-Doctor Communications Manager is the main culprit along with the Dell Data Vault Data Collector Service. I noticed that PC-Doctor was last updated in Jan. 2019 and it seems like this problem may have started around that time.

28 Αυγ 2011 · I have exactly the same symptoms as Honeycombe ("PC Doctor Module has stopped working" regularly appearing on my screen). Per your suggestion, I have fully removed the Dell Support Center software using Control Panel and the 'full cleanup' as you described.

23 Αυγ 2020 · The PC Doctor Module It never ran before but suddenly it appears today. it takes 100% of my CPU and RAM usage. I try to end the task then it comes back again. Very annoying.
