You can change your address on your non-commercial driver's license or PA photo ID card at any time online, except if you are moving out of state. To record your change of address for your driver's license, please fill out Form DL- 82, " Out of State Exemption " and mail it to the address indicated on the form.
Download and fill out this form to report your new address to PennDOT within 15 days of moving. You can also change your address online, update your voter registration, and check the local use fee for your county.

ADDRESS CHANGE - A Post Office Box number may be used in addition to the actual residence address, but cannot be used as the only address. See reverse if using an out-of-state address.
